“Bloom”

This four week program is for professional women who want more!!

Explore the possibilities of taking charge of your life and moving toward a more fulfilling way of being!

Week One: Being, Seeing, Dreaming and Going

You’ll have a picture of how you can take charge of your immediate situation, what actions you will take, daily visualization, and you will develop your action plan. You may choose to work with an accountability partner.

  • Where are you now and where do you want to go? What’s possible?
  • Creating the creative process (based on Structural tension (Robert Fritz)
  • Main steps and immediate action for the week

Week Two: Transforming Conflict and Criticisms

You’ll learn to see how you relate to what’s in your plan, and set a detailed schedule for the rest of the class as well as a longer time frame with benchmarks to document where you are in this process. You’ll learn to refocus your energy.

  • What is the conflict, and how it relates to you. I.e., what about you makes this challenging? (structural, seeing the function of your inner challenges) What’s the movie that you make about this?
  • What does your end result look like (sights, etc)
  • What steps will you take to get there...details.

Week Three: Transition to Achievement

You’ll learn to use past experience, your strengths, your plan, and your personal rewards to drive your action. You’ll learn to create more visions for success

  • Dealing with fear (how to manage fear)
  • Overcoming Underearning (previous training) (choice of being led by fear, self concepts, or by potential.
  • Time management with charts, excel charts, telescoping charts, dates accountability, how will you know that you got there?

Week Four: The Path to Accomplishment

Results: a plan you can take with you with a time frame, benchmarks, a way to work with an accountability partner and a way to build on successes and a way to manage discouragement.

  • Self assessment and redirection: What have you done so far and how does the situation look now that you’ve taken some steps?
  • What adjustments will you make? Where will you go from here? What do you need now? How can you clarify your next benchmark beyond the course?
  • So now what? What can you take from this seminar?
