Best of all you new retirees out there! Only you make you feel the way you feel. So own those feelings. Just have them and then own your thoughts. You are in charge! Those feelings are so valuable. There will be a workshop  Activate Your Compass April 17th at 10am in Arlington.  Call 781-643-5159 for details.  This is for people who want to learn more about Compass Coaching, affordable group coaching to empower people to clarify what they want, create energetic support and involvement in your project and get going!  This will be interactive and lots of fun.
