<p>I have a summary on the benefits of coaching in organizations that sites several different sources. Coaching in organization is building a learning organization. It would be interesting to find measurement about the improved health and well being stats, and this impact on health care costs. Here are a few stats and I&#8217;m happy to send you the summary document.</p>
<p>For Individuals:1<br />

• Increases productivity by 86%, as opposed to a 22% increase with training alone 4<br />
